With over 25 years leading divisions of Fortune 50 companies and heading start-up corporations, Michael Lapsys has experience in all sizes and situations of companies.

At ConAgra, Mr. Lapsys headed up multiple divisions with direct P&L responsibility of over $200 million three times. As President of ConAgra Fertilizer Company, he turned the unprofitable $700 million revenue division around to generate over 20% return on equity in less than three years. As head of ConAgra Spain, a $350 million subsidiary with thirteen animal feed plants, a red meat plant and two poultry operations, he went from a $10 million annual loss to breakeven in two years. As President of ConAgra Seafood Companies, he expanded operations in Canada and achieved the first profit for the catfish company in ten years under his $650 million annual revenue umbrella.

Since leaving ConAgra in 1994, he acquired the largest veal processor in the U.S., managing it to profitability within one year from a $6.5 million annual loss upon purchase. Upon selling the company, he acquired a small semiconductor services company, expanding it from a single production facility and increasing sales by 250% to a five plant multinational firm in less than five years. During the same period, he has completed a number of consulting engagements, including running Bee Gee Shrimp for one year, reducing its monthly loss to almost nothing before identifying and selling the $60 million a year business per his contract.

Mr. Lapsys has also completed numerous engagements performing due diligence for Fortune 50 clients on mergers and acquisitions for companies in Chile, China, Paraguay, Brazil, Argentina and the U.S.. He has also advised on management strategy and operations for companies across the globe, and served for eight years as a Director on the board of Central Coast Bank Corp, a NASDAQ listed bank of over $1.2 billion in assets prior to its 2006 sale to Rabobank. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Western Oilfields Supply Co. (dba Rain for Rent).

Mr. Lapsys holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from Stanford University.

Troy Lapsys has over 15 years of experience leading start-up high-technology businesses, ranging from enterprise software to VoIP operations.

At New Mexico Software as President of the Server Division, he reinitiated the enterprise division, growing sales from $50k to $2 million in two years. Projections for year three are $8 million based upon contracts closed. Prior to New Mexico Software, he served as VP of Business Development for NextDay Networks, Inc. a virtual distributor of computer and electronics products, doubling revenue in his first nine months. Founding and serving as CEO for Danu Technology, Inc., a company offering VoIP and ISP services in the Philippines, he grew revenue to $2 million per year in eighteen months. He also has held the position of CIO for Device Dynamics, Inc., a global semiconductor manufacturing outsource company. As chief technology officer with eMedius, Inc., he led an international development team of more than 100 engineers to design the first demand chain management platform for OEM sourcing of semiconductor products.

Lapsys holds a B.A. from Stanford University and is a Masters in Software Engineering candidate from the Rabb School at Brandeis University.

Jacob Berman possesses more than 30 years of experience in directing operations for global companies.

He propelled the eastern regional operations for Continental Grain Company, leading to streamlined sourcing and provisioning and top sales numbers of any region. As Vice President / General Manager of Agri Export, a subsidiary of Agri Industries, Mr. Berman led a port facility to profitability on the Houston Ship Channel, directly managing five docks with over 100,000 MT daily vessel loading capacity, a 6 million bushel grain elevator operation with discharging capabilities of over 500 (50,000 MT) rail cars daily, four general cargo docks, a container yard, vegetable oil tanking and export dock, an over 1,000,000 sq/ft warehouse, and the largest export grain bagging facility on the waterfront.

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Polytex, a polypropylene bag manufacturer in Houston, he captured over 70% of U.S. market share in three years. Mr. Berman’s significant knowledge of international commodity trade led to his position in charge of establishing bonded warehousing services and financing to farming communities in Latin America for Lloyds International Trading, a division of the United Kingdom's Lloyd's Bank. In 1988 he founded Uni-Trade Inc. which assessed and turned around ailing businesses in the U.S. and developing world countries. In 1994, Mr. Berman founded PIASI (Philippines International Audiotext Services, Inc.), the first call center in the Philippines where he oversaw the implementation of large-scale telecommunications systems, hired, trained, and managed teams of 200+ employees. In 1997, Mr. Berman established Toscana Farms, Inc., the first Hydroponics vegetable farming enterprise in the Philippines.

Since returning to the U.S., Mr. Berman has served as the VP of Business Development for MediaBound, LLC, a Just-in-Time Marketing Logistics and Spend Management company that provides marketing and software services to print and promotional product manufacturers and distributors.

Mr. Berman received his Masters in Business Administration in International Management with honors from Thunderbird, the Gavin School of International Management, and his B.S. in Business Administration from Cal State, L.A.
